Ordering via Email   
This ordering system is designed for order forms to be sent via email. There is no charge for orders send via email. If the order form is properly filled out, we will send you a confirmation via email and expected delivery date of your product.
We check your orders (just in case you made a mistake or omit an important option), and if we have any questions we will contact you via email.

Ordering via Fax

Please write legibly, the forms are printable in most common software. If we have any questions, please provide email or telephone contact.
There is $5.00 charge for this service. (transcribing cost)
 

Ordering via telephone 
You can order via telephone 1-281 778 7681. We will send you a email or fax confirmation prior to processing the order. We require your confirmation of the order prior to processing the order.
There is a $15.00 fee for this service.

Order form are in different formats for your convenience. We suggest using Excel, Primarily because it simpler. Please Contact us if there is a problem or if none of these formats are acceptable, we will fax you the appropriate form.
