All Callaloo Company products are covered by a Transferable Lifetime Warranty. (exceptions are specifically noted). This warranty protects your windows treatments against defects in materials and workmanship for the entire time the product is owned by the original buyer and/or any new purchaser as long as the product remains in the original window. (Soooo this is the good part!!, the blinds now become an asset with the sale of your home, therefore if you happen to sell your home at any time, print out this warranty with the dated invoice and the warranty will still apply for the new owner!!)

Every window treatment sold by us is designed to provide a lifetime of trouble-free use. In the unlikely event that warranty service is ever needed, simply Contact Us and we'll arrange for a repair or replacement as quickly as possible.

Shipping and Insurance is free within the contiguous US (48 states) for most custom ordered blinds.
The exceptions are for :
The overseas collections (Thailand, India, South Africa), prefabricated  (economy),  collections, Aeroshade, Grass, Grandesigns, and Horizon  Collections. The reason we do this: The manufacturers of these collection are unable to tell the exact shipping cost until the blind is shipped.
Folks from Alaska & Hawaii...sorry, no UPS ground available, only USPS (if package is small enough) or UPS air, please contact us for pricing.

For window treatments that is unusually large and exceed ground freight limitations (usually >96" width is ~$100.00 by ground freight), additional shipping charges may be incurred. We will endeavor to find the lowest cost freight alternative to suit your delivery. 

For shipment weights below 50 Lbs, there may be an additional charge for air freight shipments to our overseas and US customers. Please read the following link for delivery times and shipping explanations.

Shipping Outside of the United States                          
We can ship to anywhere in the world. Sample countries of some of our clients: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, United Arab Emirates, South Africa and more.....      
We can ship to APO or FPO addresses, Guam, or Puerto Rico.

Shipping overseas is a little more complicated.......!! Customs clearance and excise taxes are required. We deal directly within international freight forwarding agency that resolves most of these issues for us, Please contact us for a quote and instructions.

We offer samples to your feeling and touching pleasure. We will send you small size samples of the curtains with the necessary information and cloth swatches for privacy liner/edging material selection.
There is a maximum of 4 samples per order. (There is a $1.50 handling/packing fee for first set)
Each additional multiple of 4 samples will incur a shipping charge of $3.00.

For example, if you order 4 samples, the packing fee is $1.50.
If you order 8 samples, the fee is $3.00.
12 samples for $6.00 and so on. . .

We will charge your credit card handling/packing fee once samples are shipped. You are allowed to keep the samples for 2 weeks from when you receive them. If the samples are not returned within this period, we will charge your credit card $75.00. (first, we will hound you first to get back the samples!)

We will absorb the cost of shipping the samples to you while returning the samples back to us will be at your cost. (Delivery time: 4-5 days)   (This turns out to be a more amicable solution than incurring the enormous overhead costs for large volume samples.)

No Sales Tax
There is no sales tax for internet sales!! (finally a break from the Uncle Sam...:). We live in Texas, sooooo.....  for any delivery in Texas, we collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders. Yup! we had to pay sales tax as well for our own bamboo curtains as well.

Support the Tax Free Internet - Our Three year moratorium is running out and the tax men cometh! Please sign the petition to keep the internet tax free!!

Service to our customers is very important to us. We are not mass resellers or producers of window coverings like our competitors. We take pride in our service to customers by promptly response to their individual queries and questions. Most importantly, we take ownership of your order as though it was our own, from the time of manufacturing to delivery to your doorstep.

Returns/Exchanges

Since our blinds are specially ordered/fitted to your windows only, they are not returnable for any reason except warranty repair. There are no cancellations, after the order has been submitted. Please order samples and verify the product manually and visually.

We will send you an email confirmation of your complete order, along with the final price for you to confirm prior to processing.  Please CHECK ORDER VERY CAREFULLY.  If you have any questions, or unsure about something, please ask!  Once you confirm your order, no changes can be made.   (So please check the email order carefully!)

All information you provide to us will be kept absolutely confidential and be used solely to communicate better with you. We maintain strict security over all of our customer information and do not sell, share or trade information with outside companies. We do however reserve the right to use this information in any legal litigation or disputes related to the Callaloo Company.
