Order form and room log are in different formats for your convenience. We suggest using Excel, Primarily because it simpler. There might be some errors in the version changes, please Contact us if there is a problem or if none of these formats are acceptable, we will fax you the appropriate form.

To download the file directly to your computer

Right click on the appropriate file and "Save target as" (Internet Explorer) or "Save link as" (Netscape Navigator). This will save the file directly to your computer. Edit as necessary and email us the completed order form.
