Very unusual blinds for outside usage, where the blinds will be exposed to the elements. There are three versions for slat size (slat is the woven wood itself),  
7/8" straight (Aerolux), 
7/8" beveled (Rayn-Tite) and 
3/8" straight (Style-Lite). 
The straight is a square cut on the sides and the beveled is a slanted cut of the sides of the slats. (the beveled edges gives a tighter fit against rain and other weather elements, it consequently lets less light thru as well.....well you can't have your pie and eat it as well!!). Detailed pictures in the picture gallery will give you an idea of what to expect.

We recommend repeating the external varnish coating every 1-2 years. As long as the protective varnish is intact, the wood is protected against the elements. (We will provide you with information on how to do that.)

 

 

We are in the process of taking some detailed pictures and will post these shortly, meanwhile please note the slats pictures below are in natural wood color only. It is difficult to visualize what these slats will look like when painted or stained.....we agree!. If indoubt please request the sample kits before making a decision. The wood slats can be stained to 17 colors. The color selection is yours

  • Enamel color may be used for indoor purposes only, add 30% surcharges for using enamel colors
  • There is a $1.75 Handling fee per blind on all blinds.
  • All blinds exceeding 96" will be shipped by ground freight. Please contact us for a price quote, we only require the size of your blinds and the destination zipcode. In general, ground freight shipments are between $45-85.00
  • Extremely easy to install. If wider blinds are required, two blinds can be butted up against each other, to produce the look of one wide blind.
  • Maximum width for Style-lite blinds is 118".
